在知识经济快速发展的今天,企业的经济、政策、文化等都有了长足的进步,彼此之间的竞争逐渐发展成为人才的竞争。人才是促进企业发展的核心力量,一个企业是否能够在激烈的竞争中获取优势,创造更多的财富,更多的是取决于这个企业的人力资源。如何加强对企业人才的培训,使其更好的胜任自己的岗位,创造更大的价值,是当前各个企业所要解决的主要问题。本文主要对岗位胜任的人力资源培训的途径进行分析和探究。
With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the economy, policies and culture of enterprises have made great strides. The competition among themselves has gradually become the competition of talents. Talent is the core force to promote the development of enterprises. Whether a company can gain advantage in fierce competition and create more wealth depends more on the human resources of the enterprise. How to strengthen the training of enterprise talents to make them better competent for their posts and create greater value is the major issue that various enterprises should solve nowadays. This article mainly analyzes and explores the ways to train competent human resources.
