研究了乙醇在铜锰铁氧化物催化剂上的部分氧化反应,包含产物乙醛阻抑作用在内的三步骤Redox机理动力学方程能较好地描述此反应的过程。考察了乙醛的阻抑机理,计算了催化剂还原步骤和再氧化步骤的活化能,并提出了当乙醛分压较低时的简化动力学方程。
The partial oxidation of ethanol over copper-manganese-iron oxide catalyst was studied. The three-step Redox mechanism kinetic equation including the inhibition effect of acetaldehyde could well describe the reaction process. The inhibition mechanism of acetaldehyde was investigated. The activation energies of the catalyst reduction step and the reoxidation step were calculated. The simplified kinetic equation was also proposed when the partial pressure of acetaldehyde was low.
