我院从1988年3月至1989年3月对双耳全聋患者施行后鼓室进路感应式单导电子耳蜗植入术10例,效果良好。现报告如下。临床资料10例中男8例,女2例,年龄10～25岁。选择的病例均符合下列条件:①健康的语后聋患者,有语言能力;②双耳全聋,听力计最大输出无听觉反应;③年龄在10岁以上,无颅内占位性病变和中耳乳突炎症;④智力发育正常。本组采用的是辽源市电子耳蜗厂制造的人工电子耳蜗。
In our hospital from March 1988 to March 1989 after the implementation of the binaural deafness of the posterior tympanic approach induced single-conduction cochlear implant surgery in 10 cases, the effect is good. The report is as follows. Clinical data of 10 cases, 8 males and 2 females, aged 10 to 25 years. The selected cases are in line with the following conditions: ① healthy language deafness patients, with language skills; ② binaural deafness, audiometer maximum output no auditory response; ③ age over 10 years old, no intracranial space-occupying lesions and in Otitis media; ④ normal mental development. This group is used in Liaoyuan Electronic Cochleate factory manufacturing artificial electronic cochlear.
