研究O2 、CO2 、N2 、SO2 对银杏种子贮藏过程中霉变率、呼吸强度、失水率、硬化率、胚生长、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、过氧化物酶 (POD)、果胶甲酯酶(PE)的影响。结果表明 ,在 3%~ 5 %O2 、 3%~ 5 %CO2 、 >70 %N2 和 >1 0 %SO2的气调状态下 ,贮藏银杏种子效果良好。CO2 和N2 对上述 3种酶的作用较小。随O2 浓度增加 ,CAT和POD活性下降 ,而PE活性基本不变。SO2 对 3种酶均有较强的抑制作用。
The effects of O2, CO2, N2 and SO2 on ginkgo seed germination rate, respiration rate, water loss rate, sclerosis rate, embryo growth, catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) Esterase (PE) effects. The results showed that the storage of Ginkgo biloba seeds was good under the controlled atmosphere of 3% -5% O2, 3% -5% CO2,> 70% N2 and> 10% SO2. CO2 and N2 have less effect on the above three enzymes. With the increase of O2 concentration, the activity of CAT and POD decreased while the activity of PE remained unchanged. SO2 on the three kinds of enzymes have a strong inhibitory effect.
