综述国内外政、商界女性发展状况,认为女性职业阻隔现象广泛存在。在前人研究的基础上得出社会因素(主要有性别偏见和心理预期、社会传媒导向以及外界归因)、组织因素(包括因雇佣成本差异造成的雇佣歧视、男性的组织文化与制度以及镜像上下限效应)、家庭因素(主要有家庭—事业冲突以及生育问题)、个人因素(包括心理因素、生理因素和个体受教育因素)是造成女性职业阻隔的主要原因。
This article summarizes the development of domestic and foreign women and business women and holds that the phenomenon of female occupational barriers is widespread. On the basis of previous studies, we found that social factors (mainly gender bias and psychological expectations, social media orientation and external attribution), organizational factors (including employment discrimination due to differences in employment costs, male organizational culture and system, and mirror images Upper and lower limit effects), family factors (mainly family-business conflict and childbearing problems), and personal factors (including psychological factors, physiological factors and individual educational factors) are the main causes of occupational barriers in women.
