据《Scientia Horticulturae》(2012年5月)的一篇研究报告,印度农业研究所的研究人员研究了易感和抗畸形两种杧果品种的酶活性氧消除系统。杧果畸形导致产量和品质下降,给杧果生产造成很大损失。杧果素、酚醛树脂、多酚氧化酶和植物抗毒素等生物化学物质对不同品种杧果抗畸形病起着重要作用。此项研究试图证明植物化学物质(酚醛树脂、酶、抗氧化物)和杧果畸形程度之间的关联。
According to a study by “Scientia Horticulturae” (May 2012), researchers at the Indian Institute of Agriculture studied enzyme-reactive oxygen abatement systems for both susceptible and deforming fruit varieties. Fruit deformities lead to decreased yield and quality, causing great losses to mango production. Biochemicals such as pectin, phenolic resin, polyphenol oxidase and phytoalexins play an important role in the anti-deformity of different fruit varieties. This study attempts to demonstrate the link between the phytochemicals (phenolic resins, enzymes, antioxidants) and the degree of deformity of the fruit.
