南昌钢铁厂根据本厂焦丁充裕的条件,在255m~3全生矿高炉上组织进行了矿石焦丁混装试验,取得了满意的效果。在为期一周的试验期内,每吨铁掺焦丁32kg,高炉入炉比下降了40公斤,高炉利用系数提高0.1,综合折算入炉焦比接近国家等级炉标准。随后,列入了正常生产工艺,自六月一日至十二月底,七个月内共加入毛焦丁3077.48t,相当于加入干焦丁2769.25吨,按最低置换比0.8计算,共节约焦炭2215.4吨,实际节约燃料费37.66万元。
