农村电影放映工程实施十余年来,以2007年国办38号文件下发为标志,通过转型发展,已经建成遍布全国农村的电影数字放映网。随着我国城市化加速发展、农村群众精神文化生活需求提升,当前农村电影公共服务面临着前所未有的新形势, Over the past ten years since the implementation of the project of rural film screening, with the document No. 38 issued by the State Council in 2007 as a symbol, through the transformation and development, a digital film projection network covering rural areas throughout the country has been established.
