急性职业中毒的急救处理

各种毒物对人体有一定的靶器官损害,有的是一过性刺激反应,有的是造成实质脏器损害(中毒),有的毒物,如光气、氮氧化物、硫酸二甲酯,其吸入早期症状不明显,但其潜在危害较大,均应高度重视,区别对待。已知不同毒物高浓度接触后造成脏器病变有:刺激性气体中毒的肺水肿;窒息性气体及有机锡等中毒的脑水肿;砷化氢、苯氨基、硝基化合物的肝肾损害;酚和无机磷的肾损害;氯化钡中毒的心肌损害等等。均应采取针对性的综合救治。 1.对症疗法:绝对卧床休息,镇静以减少耗氧,合理氧疗,采用鼻导管,对窒息性气体中毒者用高压氧治疗,可防其续发症。静脉及早投以大剂量,糖皮质激素 A variety of toxic substances on the human body has a certain target organ damage, and some transient response, and some cause damage to real organs (poisoning), and some poisons, such as phosgene, nitrogen oxides, dimethyl sulfate, the inhalation of early symptoms Not obvious, but its potential harm greater, should attach great importance to discrimination.
