目的观察磁性附着体应用于全口覆盖义齿常见问题,并探讨预防及解决的方法。方法应用Magfit系统35例患者共50颗基牙采用磁性附着体观察半年～3年,了解使用中出现的问题。结果 35例患者有2例磁体吸附力下降,3例义齿折断,50颗基牙中有3颗基牙发生龈缘炎,有1颗基牙龋坏。结论 Magfit磁性附着体应用于全口覆盖义齿,取得了很好的临床效果,出现的问题都能预防或对症解决。
Objective To observe the common problems of magnetic attachment applied to complete mouth overdenture and to explore the methods of prevention and solution. Methods A total of 50 abutments in 35 patients with Magfit system were observed for 6 months to 3 years with magnetic attachments to understand the problems in use. Results The magnetism of 2 patients in 35 patients decreased in their ability to adsorb, 3 cases of denture fractured, 3 abutments in 50 abutments had gingivitis and 1 abutment decayed. Conclusion Magfit magnetic attachment applied to the full mouth overdentures, and achieved good clinical results, the problems can be prevented or symptomatic solution.
