随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展,建立有效的内控制度在企业管理中有着重要作用。对于施工企业来说,建立有效的施工企业内控制度可以提升施工企业的经营效率,使施工企业得到良好的发展。建立施工企业内部控制制度的过程中存在许多不足之处,本文就建立施工企业内控制度中存在的不足之处与完善措施进行分析讨论,提出如何针对施工企业建立有效的内控制度的措施,提升施工企业的自身市场竞争力,使施工企业在众多的企业中生存立足。
With the development of socialist market economy in our country, establishing an effective internal control system plays an important role in business management. For construction enterprises, the establishment of an effective internal control system for construction enterprises can enhance the operating efficiency of construction enterprises and enable the construction enterprises to achieve good development. There are many deficiencies in the process of establishing internal control system of construction enterprises. This article analyzes and discusses the existing problems and improvement measures in internal control system of construction enterprises, and puts forward the measures of establishing effective internal control system for construction enterprises and improving the construction Enterprise’s own market competitiveness, so that construction enterprises in many enterprises survive.
