1997年,在安徽省应用技术研究所基础上进行股份制改造组建的安徽省科苑应用技术开发(集团)股份有限公司,从制度、运行机制上确定了科技产业化的道路。技、工、贸收入达9318万元,科技综合实力进一步增强,新技术、新产品开发向更高层次攀登。实践使我们体会到:开发型科研单位要以科研为后盾,以市场为导向,以产业为主导,才能走出一条康庄大道。
In 1997, Anhui Keyuan Applied Technology Development (Group) Co., Ltd., set up by joint stock system reform based on Anhui Institute of Applied Technology, determined the road of industrialization of science and technology from system and operation mechanism. Technology, industry and trade income reached 93.18 million yuan, further strengthening the comprehensive strength of science and technology, and developing new technologies and new products to a higher level. Practice makes us realize that the development of scientific research units to be backed by scientific research, market-oriented, industry-led, in order to get out of a broad road.
