采用电感耦合等离子光谱直读法,对乌鲁木齐南山八一林场的6种不同地衣体内的Al、Fe、Mn、Zn、Ca、K、Mg、Na 8种微最元素含量进行测定.测定结果的方差分析表明,不同种类的地衣对同一种微量元素的富集能力不同,对不同微量元素的富集能力也不相同,其中壳状地衣(Xanthoria elegans(Link)Th.Fr.)可作为一种良好的生物指示材料用于环境重金属污染监测.
