在我的理解里,编辑工作,是“为他人做嫁衣裳”的工作。所以,编辑更多的是一种成全。成全别人,也就成全了自己。没有编辑不喜欢好文字、好作者,就如同没有老师不喜欢好学生一样。所以,与那些好作者的交往,也成为工作中的重要事宜。2016也不例外。与几位作者的交往,让已成为老编辑的我颇为感怀。 In my understanding, editing work is “doing wedding clothes for others”.
