介绍了大型围海吹填造陆工程中,采用堆载预压与真空堆载联合预压法加固处理吹填淤泥与原状淤泥的工程实例。对该工程B2场地吹填淤泥落淤与软基处理前后物理力学性质、吹填淤泥与原状淤泥的压缩变形、孔压与真空度测试结果进行分析。结果表明:吹填淤泥经晾晒与自重固结作用,物理性质得到大大改善,表层0~1m平均含水量与孔隙比明显小于下层土,且沿深度发生变化;吹填淤泥经预压法处理后,加固效果明显优于原状淤泥,除强度外,两者物理力学性质十分接近,土层压缩比高达33.2%,为相邻原状淤泥的1.6~1.8倍;真空预压荷载下吹填淤泥孔压消散速率慢于原状淤泥,真空度沿淤泥层传递效果较好,加固效果十分明显。
This paper introduces an example of strengthening and purifying the dredged silt and the intact silt by the combination of preloading with preloading and vacuum preloading in the reclamation and land reclamation project in the large enclosed sea. The physical and mechanical properties of silt silt dredging and the soft foundation treatment of B2 site of the project were analyzed, and the compressive deformation, pore pressure and vacuum test results of the dredged silt and the intact silt were analyzed. The results show that the physical properties of the dredged silt are greatly improved by the drying and self-weight consolidation. The average water content and the void ratio of 0-1 m in the surface layer are obviously smaller than those in the subsoil, and vary along the depth. After the dredging silt is pretreated , The reinforcement effect is obviously better than the original silt, except for strength, the physical and mechanical properties of the two are very close, the soil compression ratio is as high as 33.2%, which is 1.6 ~ 1.8 times of the adjacent intact silt; Dissolution rate is slower than the original sludge, vacuum transfer along the silt layer is better, the reinforcement effect is very obvious.
