当会聚了所有厌学逃学、难以管教的“问题”学生以后,工读学校的课堂教学陷入困境就成为一件自然而然的事情。对于所有工读学生来说,与普通中学相同的课程内容、家庭教育中父母关爱的缺失和心理、品行的偏常共同导致了工读学校的教学困境。因此,为了真正改善工读学校的课堂教学,就需要实现课程内容的变革,对学生进行心理矫治,改革教学,增加社会活动,使学生在活动中体验到学习的乐趣。
When all the “problem-solving” students who are tired of studying and playing truancy and are hard to discipline, it becomes a natural thing that classroom teaching in a work-study school is in trouble. For all work-study students, the same curriculum content as ordinary middle school, the absence of parental care in family education, and the abnormal behavior and behavior lead to the teaching predicament of work-study schools. Therefore, in order to really improve classroom teaching in work-study schools, it is necessary to change the contents of the courses, psychological correction of students, reform of teaching, increase of social activities and students’ enjoyment of learning in the activities.
