目的:总结急性左心功能衰竭的临床救治经验。方法:回顾性分析海丰县彭湃纪念医院急诊科2011年1月至2014年12月诊治的急性左心功能衰竭患者36例的临床资料。结果 :本组36例急性左心功能衰竭患者中,显效14例,有效18例,总有效率为94.4%,无效2例(5.6%)。结论:对急性左心功能衰竭患者及时采取综合的救治措施,可提高抢救成功率,减少死亡率。
Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of acute left heart failure. Methods: The clinical data of 36 patients with acute left heart failure diagnosed and treated in emergency department of Peng Pai Memorial Hospital, Haifeng County from January 2011 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 36 patients with acute left heart failure, 14 cases were markedly effective and 18 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 94.4%, and 2 cases (5.6%) were ineffective. Conclusion: The prompt treatment of acute left heart failure in patients with comprehensive treatment measures can improve the success rate of rescue and reduce mortality.
