目的 探讨Syndecan -1和E -Cadherin两种蛋白在散发性大肠癌中的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP法 ,检测 5 2例散发性大肠癌和 18例正常大肠黏膜组织中Syndecan -1和E -Cadherin蛋白的表达。结果 Syndecan -1和E -Cadherin在散发性大肠癌和正常大肠黏膜组织的阳性表达率分别为 65 3 8%、10 0 %和 61 5 4%、10 0 % ,两者在散发性大肠癌和正常大肠黏膜组织的阳性表达率差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。Syndecan -1和E -Cadherin的低表达与散发性大肠癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期显著相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其中Syndecan -1的低表达还与肿瘤的分化程度密切相关 (P <0 0 5 )。Syndecan -1和E -Cadherin在散发性大肠癌的表达呈正相关。结论 Syndecan -1和E -Cadherin的表达下调可能在散发性大肠癌的侵袭转移中起着重要作用 ,联合检测Syndecan -1和E -Cadherin对散发性大肠癌的预后判断有参考价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin in sporadic colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin in 52 cases of sporadic colorectal cancer and 18 cases of normal colorectal mucosa. Results The positive rates of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin in sporadic colorectal cancer and normal colorectal mucosa were 65.38%, 100% and 61.54%, 100% respectively. Both of them were expressed in sporadic colorectal cancer and The positive expression rate of normal colorectal mucosa was significantly different (P <0.01). The low expression of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin was significantly associated with the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and Dukes staging of sporadic colorectal cancer (P <0.05), and the low expression of Syndecan-1 was also closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation P <0 0 5). The expression of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin in sporadic colorectal cancer was positively correlated. Conclusions The down-regulation of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of sporadic colorectal cancer. The combined detection of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin may have reference value for the prognosis of sporadic colorectal cancer.
