知识经济时代的到来,知识成为最重要的经济因素,而作为掌握知识和运用知识的主体——知识型员工就成为了企业的重要人力资本。如何激发知识型员工的工作积极性则成为国内外研究的热点问题之一。而随着研究的深入,越来越多的研究者对知识型员工进行细化分析。文章将知识型员工以代际划分,重点研究1990—1995年之间出生的90后知识型员工的个性特征与激励因素偏好。在学习国内外已有的激励理论基础上,总结以往的研究成果,提出相关的措施。
As the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the most important economic factor. As the main body of knowledge and application of knowledge, knowledge workers become the important human capital of enterprises. How to motivate knowledge workers to work enthusiasm has become one of the hot issues at home and abroad. With the deepening of research, more and more researchers analyze the knowledge workers. This article divides the knowledge workers from generation to generation, focusing on the personality characteristics and motivation preferences of post-90 knowledge workers who were born between 1990 and 1995. On the basis of learning the motivation theory existing both at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the previous research results and puts forward relevant measures.
