现代化大型化工厂的DCS组态是一项大型的系统工程,它综合了工艺系统知识,化工控制及计算机知识,它需要工艺工程师,自控工程师及DCS制造厂三方密切配合。该文通过对CENTUM-XL的组态,认为整个过程包括系统配置及系统组态两个阶段,并对各阶段主要完成的任务,组态的思路及范围进行了小结。系统组态主要包括操作站的组态及控制站的组态两大部分。其中两点最为重要,一是系统中各元素的使用分配及管理,二是各种基本模块的建立。有了这两点,组态的80%的工作可顺利完成。最后是对各种复杂控制系统的各个击破,从而成功地完成组态工作。
The DCS configuration of a modern large-scale chemical plant is a large-scale system engineering that integrates process system knowledge, chemical control and computer knowledge. It requires close coordination among process engineers, self-controlled engineers and DCS manufacturing plants. Through the configuration of CENTUM-XL, this paper considers that the whole process includes two stages of system configuration and system configuration. And it also summarizes the main tasks, configuration ideas and scope of each stage. The system configuration mainly includes the operation station configuration and the control station configuration two parts. Two of the most important point, first, the use of the various elements of the system allocation and management, the second is the establishment of a variety of basic modules. With these two points, 80% of the configuration work can be successfully completed. The last is a variety of complex control systems to break each, so as to successfully complete the configuration work.
