目的:采用HPLC法比较板蓝根药材及其农本方颗粒中表告依春的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromail C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长245 nm,柱温30℃。结果:表告依春在6.3~84.0μg/mL范围内浓度与峰面积成良好的线性关系,r=0.9995;板蓝根粉末平均回收率为99.13%,RSD为1.21%;农本方颗粒平均回收率为99.09%,RSD为1.31%;测得板蓝根粉末以及农本方颗粒中表告依春含量分别为4.81mg/g,4.53mg/g。结论:本实验建立的高效液相色谱法准确、可靠,可用于板蓝根药材及其制剂的质量评价。结果表明板蓝根农本方制剂中的表告依春含量达到其药材中含量的90%以上。农本方颗粒制剂值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the content of Erigeron officinalis in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei by HPLC. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of Kromail C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-water (15:85) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography Column temperature 30 ℃. Results: The results showed that the concentration of emodin in the range of 6.3 ~ 84.0μg / mL had a good linear relationship with the peak area, r = 0.9995; the average recovery of Radix isaton was 99.13% and the RSD was 1.21%; The average recoveries Was 99.09% and the RSD was 1.31%. The measured contents of Radix Isatidis and Nongben Fang granules were 4.81mg / g and 4.53mg / g, respectively. Conclusion: The high performance liquid chromatography established in this experiment is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality evaluation of Radix isatidis and its preparations. The results show that the Radix islanin prescription in the table according to the spring content of its medicinal content of more than 90%. Nong’s side granular preparations worth promoting.
