一、工程概况河北省宣化市某住宅楼为五层砖混结构,长48m,宽10m,层高2.8m。预应力钢筋混凝土空心楼板,每层设200号RC圈梁。25号混合砂浆75号红砖砌筑370外墙、240内墙。1984年秋开工,次年11月验收时发现墙面有少量细微裂纹,随后日渐增多发展为裂缝,至1988年春已达688条。墙体开裂主要发生在东、中两个单元,内外纵墙裂缝分布的方位大体对应,最大缝宽17mm(图1);内横墙上下层的裂
I. Project Overview A residential building in Xuanhua City, Hebei Province, is a five-story brick-concrete structure with a length of 48m, a width of 10m, and a floor height of 2.8m. Pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow floor, with 200-ring RC ring beams on each floor. No. 25 mixed mortar No. 75 red brick masonry 370 external wall, 240 internal wall. The construction began in the autumn of 1984. In November of the following year, a small number of micro-cracks were found on the wall, and then gradually increased into cracks. By the end of 1988, it had reached 688. The cracking of the wall occurs mainly in the east and middle units. The orientation of the distribution of cracks in the inner and outer longitudinal walls generally corresponds to a maximum joint width of 17 mm (Figure 1);
