目的评估空勤人员的心理健康状况及个性特征,为空勤人员体检鉴定提供参考依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及艾森克个性问卷(EPQ),依据空勤人员年度健康大体检标准进行心理测评。结果空勤人员的SCL-90各因子分均低于全国常模,其中强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执及总均分等各项因子(t=3.987-8.628,P<0.001)有非常显著统计学意义。EPQ量表结果P、N维度上的得分显著低于常模,而E维度上的得分显著高于常模,在L维度上两者没有明显差异。结论进行体检鉴定空勤人员具有良好的心理健康状况及心理品质,为从事空勤职业活动提供了良好的心理基础。
Objective To evaluate the mental health status and personality characteristics of aircrew and provide reference for physical examination of aircrew. Methods The symptom check list (SCL-90) and Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) were used to conduct psychological evaluation according to the annual general health checkup standard for aircrew. Results The SCL-90 factors of flight attendants were lower than the national norm, with various factors such as coercion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoid and overall mean score (t = 3.987-8.628, P <0.001) ) Have very significant statistical significance. The scores of PQ and N in the EPQ were significantly lower than those of the norm, while those in the E dimension were significantly higher than those of the norm. There was no significant difference in the L dimension between the two groups. Conclusion Physical examination identified aircrew with good mental health status and psychological quality, providing a good psychological basis for engaging in airborne professional activities.
