目的 研究前列腺增生症 (BPH)患者术前不稳定膀胱 (USB)与术后膀胱痉挛 (BS)的关系。方法将 78例BPH患者术前行尿动力学检查 (UDS) ,了解USB情况 ,术后观察BS发生情况 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 术前有USB者术后BS发生率 (87.2 % )较术前无USB者术后BS发生率 (16 .1% )明显增高。BS发生率与手术方式 (开放手术或TURP)无关。结论 BPH患者术后BS的发生与USB有关 ,BPH患者术前尿动力学检查对预测和防治膀胱痉挛有重要意义。
Objective To study the relationship between preoperative unstable bladder (USB) and postoperative bladder spasm (BS) in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 78 patients with BPH underwent urodynamics (UDS) preoperatively to understand the situation of USB. The incidence of BS was observed and statistically analyzed. Results The incidence of BS was significantly higher in patients with preoperative USB (87.2%) than in patients without preoperative USB (16.1%). The incidence of BS was not related to the surgical procedure (open surgery or TURP). Conclusions The occurrence of postoperative BS in BPH patients is related to USB. Preoperative urodynamic examination in BPH patients is of great significance in predicting and preventing bladder spasm.
