近年来,抗生素的全合成取得了很大成功,具有临床应用价值的半合成抗生素不断涌现,而合成抗菌药的进展更是引人瞩目。鉴于半合成抗生素已有若干综述,本文仅就八十年代抗生素的全合成、全合成抗生素与合成抗菌药研究的进展,做一简介。 抗生素的全合成与全合成抗生素 八十年代天然抗生素全合成研究进展的重要标志有二,其一,完成了大量天然抗生素的全合成,其二,向更复杂分子的全合成进军。据不完全统计,仅在八十年代的前四年就完成了120余种抗生素的全合成,结构类型的分布十分广泛(见表一)。
