提高当代大学生的科技创新能力对于促进中国未来建设事业有着重要的意义。因此培养大学生的科技创新意识和提高其科技创新能力是十分重要而必要的。首先对大学生科技创新能力现状和培养大学生科技创新能力的途径进行了分析,然后介绍了深化电子类大学生科技创新活动的主要对策,最后重点介绍了实践当中的大学生科技创新基地的建设,包括科技创新基地的管理和运作机制、活动内容和激励制度等。这对培养和提高大学生的科技创新实践能力发挥了重要的作用。
Improving the scientific and technological innovation capacity of contemporary college students is of great significance to promoting China’s future construction. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to cultivate college students’ sense of science and technology innovation and improve their ability of scientific and technological innovation. First of all, it analyzes the status quo of university students’scientific and technological innovation ability and ways to cultivate the students’scientific and technological innovation ability, and then introduces the main countermeasures to deepen the science and technology innovation activities of the electronic students. Finally, it mainly introduces the construction of college students’technological innovation base in practice, including science and technology innovation Base management and operation mechanism, activity content and incentive system.
