基于飞秒激光加工非金属血管支架的工艺研究

利用飞秒激光器具有超短脉冲和超高峰值功率的特性,对非金属可降解血管支架的切割加工进行了研究,实验证明利用飞秒激光切割非金属支架可以达到无热损伤的精密加工的目的。通过正交实验得到加工非金属血管支架各参数之间的关系,求出最佳加工参数:激光脉冲频率10kHz,脉冲宽度412fs,激光功率1.6 W,辅助Ar气压0.8MPa,切割速度1.2mm/s,达到对非金属材料聚乳酸切线精细平直、切边光滑,表面无碳化、无残渣残留的加工效果,加工出了相应的非金属支架样品。 The use of femtosecond laser with ultra-short pulse and ultra-high peak power characteristics of non-metallic degradable stent scaffolds were studied, the experiment shows that the use of femtosecond laser cutting non-metallic stent can achieve the purpose of precision machining without heat damage .
