21世纪是海洋世纪。开发海洋资源、发展海洋经济已经成为经济发展的一个热点,成为全球经济新的增长点。习近平书记在省委十一届二次全会上提出:“浙江海洋资源很丰富,要争取发展成为海洋经济强省”。根据温州的发展现状和海洋资源条件,我们提出要加快实施“海上温州”战略,努力实现经济社会可持续发展。 The 21st century is the century of the sea. Developing marine resources and developing the marine economy have become a hot issue in economic development and have become a new growth point for the global economy.
