研究了锥面麻花钻后刀面的成型,建立了钻尖的数学模型,由此确定了后角的计算公式。通过C++Builder建立了参数化计算界面,以此分析各刃磨参数对后角的影响,并通过回溯法确定了在给定后角下刃磨参数的求解过程。
The forming of the flank face of the conical twist drills was studied, and the mathematical model of the drill point was established. The formula of the clearance angle was determined. The parametric calculation interface was established by C ++ Builder to analyze the influence of each sharpening parameter on the clearance angle and the sharpening parameter was solved by backtracking method.
