1.任务在制造新型电子管,特别是微波管时,由于在金属导体横断面上交流电的不均匀分布(集肤效应)产生了显著的干扰。因而,在很多年以前已经提出,为了玻璃金属真空密致封接,需要有良好导电率的封接金属,至少表面具有良好的导电率。假使我们把常用的膨胀适合于同玻璃封接的金属和合金的电阻值跟那些良导体(例如铜,银和金)的电阻值比较时,可以看出封接金属的电阻值很不适宜(见表1)。
1. Task In the manufacture of new tubes, especially microwave tubes, significant disturbances occur due to the non-uniform distribution of alternating current (skin effect) across the metal conductor cross-section. Thus, it has been proposed many years ago that in order to seal the glass-metal vacuum tightly, a sealing metal having a good electrical conductivity is required, and at least the surface has good electrical conductivity. If we compare the resistance values of commonly used expanded metals and alloys suitable for glass sealing with those of good conductors such as copper, silver and gold, it can be seen that the resistance of the sealing metal is not suitable See table 1).
