玉溪卷烟厂现有职工4193人,年产卷烟100多万箱。从1986年底开始,实行玉溪地区专卖局、玉溪烟草分公司、玉溪卷烟厂“三合一”管理体制。联系工厂这几年发展的实际,我们认为,搞活大中型企业的出路在于不断深化企业内部改革,企业越是发展,思想政治工作越是要紧密结合生产经营一道去做,充分调动职工的积极性和创造性,不断增强企业的活力。
