In this paper, Ti, P, Cu low alloy steel as the test steel, high Cu and high Ti content of steel in the hot-rolled large sections, the hot-rolling process and microstructure and properties of high temperature thermoplastic steel and hot-rolled steel on the ferrite Effect of grain refinement. The test results show that: (1) the mechanical properties of the hot-rolled steel in the test are stable, and the hot-rolling process has less influence on the comprehensive mechanical properties, which is beneficial to industrial large-scale production; (2) Although the test steel contains high Cu and high Ti, Still has a good thermoplastic properties and widening performance, to meet the requirements of hot-rolled steel; (3) refining the ferrite grain effect is conducive to enhancing the toughness of the steel: (4) high-Cu hot-rolled at high temperature rolling , Due to the selective oxidation of various elements in the steel, easy to form a hot brittle net cracking, it should try to use low-temperature heating or rolling using a weak oxidizing and reducing atmosphere heating.
