[目的]观察槐耳颗粒在乳腺癌放疗中的临床疗效。[方法]选择乳腺癌术后化疗后有放疗指征的患者89名,在放疗过程中配合槐耳颗粒治疗或单纯放疗,分别评价对一般情况、肝功能、造血功能的影响。[结果]槐耳颗粒在放疗过程中对白细胞、血小板下降方面有良好的疗效,可降低谷丙转氨酶,减少肝细胞损伤,促进肝细胞恢复的功能,对改善患者的一般情况有明显的效果。[结论]槐耳颗粒能改善乳腺癌放疗患者的生存质量,对顺利完成放疗有促进作用。 [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Huaier granules in radiotherapy of breast cancer. [Methods] A total of 89 patients with postoperative radiotherapy indications of breast cancer after radiotherapy were selected. During the course of radiotherapy, Huaier particles or radiotherapy alone were used to evaluate the effects on the general condition, liver function and hematopoietic function. [Result] The Huaier granules have good curative effect on leucocyte and thrombocytopenia during radiotherapy, can reduce alanine aminotransferase, reduce the damage of hepatocytes and promote the recovery of hepatocytes, and have obvious effect on improving the general condition of patients. [Conclusion] Huaier Granule can improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer undergoing radiotherapy and promote the successful completion of radiotherapy.
