介绍了后搅工艺在100 t复吹转炉中的应用,当一次倒炉钢水w(P)<0.040%时,通过单纯后搅或后搅的同时添加少量矿石,后搅时间120~150 s,钢水w(P)能稳定控制在0.020%以下,平均脱碳质量分数为0.01%,LP提高46.8。单纯后搅和后搅同时添加矿石,钢水温降分别为10.2和31.4℃。试验表明,后搅时间达到120 s后,脱磷速度、温降趋于定值,合理的后搅时间是120~150 s。
The application of the post-mixing process in a 100-t compound blow converter is introduced. When a steel (w) <0.040% of the molten steel in a single pass is added, a small amount of ore is added by simply stirring or stirring at the same time, and the mixing time is 120-150 s, The molten steel w (P) can be stably controlled below 0.020% with an average decarburization mass fraction of 0.01% and an LP increase of 46.8.
