For cast-in-situ reinforced concrete multi-story frame structures, the cost of the wood form accounted for about 15 to 30% of the in-situ cast-in-place concrete project cost, and the wood formwork accounted for about 40 to 60% of the total man-hours. Most of the construction period is occupied by wood formwork construction. It not only has a low degree of mechanization, poor working conditions, but also consumes a lot of wood. Therefore, the development and application of composite steel formwork (steel die) has a good effect on saving wood, improving the level of industrial construction, accelerating the construction progress and improving the working conditions of workers. However, the price of steel formwork, connecting pieces and supports is relatively high, and the number of amortizations required (25, 50, and 100, respectively, with an average of 59), resulting in a large investment cost, long investment recovery period, and annual The average number of turnovers is inversely proportional (see the attached table).
