近年来,媒体与新闻当事人的关系呈现出一种紧张的态势,不断有媒体与新闻当事人对簿公堂的事情发生。当事双方投入大量的人力、财力在诉讼之中,不仅加剧了双方的紧张关系而且对于报纸等新闻媒体正当行使舆论监督权造成了一定的阻碍。为了建设社会主义和谐社会,妥当的处理两者的纠纷是十分必要,本文通过对报纸等媒体侵害名誉权的特点和成因的介绍和分析,提出了有关解决这一争议的建议。 In recent years, the relationship between the media and the news parties has shown a tense situation. There are constantly media and news parties doing things in court. The parties invested a lot of manpower and financial resources in the litigation, which not only exacerbated the tension between the two sides, but also caused some obstacles to the proper exercise of the media supervision power by newspapers and other news media. In order to build a harmonious socialist society, it is very necessary to properly handle the disputes between the two parties. In this paper, through the introduction and analysis of the characteristics and causes of the infringement of the right of reputation by the newspapers and other media, this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the dispute.
