目的:采用临床试验对新型异型孔物理磨尖毛牙刷刷牙清除菌斑的效果进行评估。方法:通过口腔健康检查筛选合适的志愿者共30名,随机分为二组,每组15名,志愿者在一周和二周后复查,复查前24小时内禁用各种口腔清洁措施。每次复查时,每组志愿者交叉使用异型孔物理磨尖毛牙刷和普通对照牙刷刷牙,刷牙时间为60s,分别在刷牙前后以Rustugi等改良的修改Navy菌斑指数检测记录指数牙颊舌面的菌斑。结果:发现对全口菌斑的清除率使用异型孔物理磨尖毛牙刷比普通对照牙刷高33.68%,对龈缘菌斑的清除率使用异型孔物理磨尖毛牙刷比普通对照牙刷高26.85%,对邻间隙菌斑的清除率使用异型孔物理磨尖毛牙刷比普通对照牙刷高22.84%,对光滑面菌斑的清除率使用异型孔物理磨尖毛牙刷比普通对照牙刷高71.15%。结论:异型孔物理磨尖毛牙刷和普通对照牙刷相比对牙菌斑清除效果有显著差异,表明异型孔物理磨尖毛牙刷有较好的菌斑清除效果。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of brushing on the removal of plaque by a new type of physical hole sharpening toothbrush. Methods: A total of 30 volunteers were screened through oral health examination and randomly divided into two groups with 15 in each. Volunteers were reviewed one week and two weeks later. Various oral cleaning measures were banned within 24 hours before the review. At each review, each group of volunteers crossed their teeth with a sharpened toothbrush and a control toothbrush. Results: It was found that the clearance rate of whole-mouth plaque was 33.68% higher than that of ordinary toothbrush using the special-shaped hole. The removal rate of gingival plaque was 26.85% higher than that of ordinary toothbrush, The clearance rate of adjacent plaque was 22.84% higher than that of ordinary control toothbrush, and the rate of smooth plaque clearance was 71.15% higher than the control toothbrush. Conclusion: There is a significant difference in the removal effect of dental plaque between physical toothbrush with special-shaped hole and normal toothbrush, which shows that toothbrush with special-shaped hole has better plaque removal effect.
