复杂产品单件或小批量装配的流程,经常会受到许多干扰的影响。因此,装配管理人员必须使根据生产能力得出的中期装配计划不断更新,适应实际的装配流程,以确保达到预期的生产目标。一种干扰管理系统已经投入使用,以支持对生产有影响的决策。这一系统目前在克姆尼茨工业大学和亚深工业大学机床和企业管理实验室(WZL)的合作下应运而生。为了制定现行的装配计划,采用了以Fuzzy-Petri网络为知识基础的专家系统,该系统运用了模糊表达的技术经验,能确保决策与实际情况相符合。
The process of single-piece or small-lot assembly of complex products is often affected by many disturbances. Therefore, the assembly manager must make the medium-term assembly plan based on the production capacity continuously updated to adapt to the actual assembly process to ensure the desired production target is achieved. An interference management system is already in place to support decisions that have an impact on production. The system is currently being developed in collaboration with the Chemnitz University of Technology and the Machine Tool and Business Management Laboratory (WZL) of Asia Deep Industrial University. In order to make the current assembly plan, an expert system based on Fuzzy-Petri network is used. The system uses the technical experience of fuzzy expression to ensure that the decision-making is consistent with the actual situation.
