针对现有乳化液浓度检测手段抗干扰能力差,检测精度低的缺点,设计了一种利用差压传感器获得乳化液密度值,从而间接实现浓度检测的新型检测系统。该系统以PLC为主控制器,通过电磁换向阀与吸液泵的工作配合,实现了被测液的自动抽样检测;通过自校准功能实现了不同矿井条件下的精确检测。该系统具有检测精度高,速度快,稳定可靠的特点,满足实际使用要求。
Aiming at the shortcoming of poor anti-jamming capability and low detection accuracy of existing emulsion concentration detection methods, a new detection system using differential pressure sensor to obtain the emulsion density value and thus indirectly detect the concentration is designed. The system takes PLC as the main controller, achieves the automatic sampling and testing of the measured fluid through the cooperation of the electromagnetic reversing valve and the suction pump, and realizes the accurate detection under different mine conditions through the self-calibration function. The system has high detection accuracy, speed, stability and reliability, to meet the actual requirements.
