在拉深薄板覆盖件模具中的加工条件苛刻部位,要实现硬化堆焊。固这种硬化堆焊耗时多,而提高了模具成本,並拉长了制模周期。为了改善上述状况,逐步以火焰淬火代替硬化堆焊,GM等公司厂家已广泛采用片状石墨铸铁的火焰淬火铸铁(GM241M)。但对模具的设计更改等进行处理时,不可避免的要进行修补堆焊。过去的片状石墨铸铁却极难进行修补堆焊。本文分析了火焰淬火铸铁要求的各种特性,开发了用于覆盖件拉深模的火焰淬火铸铁,并已实用化。这种铸铁在必要部位可由火焰淬火实现表面硬化,而且不会使修补堆焊性能恶化。

In order to improve the above-mentioned situation, flame hardening instead of hardfacing is gradually taking place. GM factories and other manufacturers have widely adopted flake-hardened cast iron (GM241M) made of flake graphite cast iron. However, the mold design changes, such as processing, it is inevitable to repair surfacing. Past flake graphite cast iron is extremely hard to repair surfacing. This paper analyzes the various properties required for flame-quenched cast iron, and has developed a flame-hardened cast iron for use in a draw die for claddings that has been put to practical use. This cast iron in the necessary parts of the surface hardened by flame quenching, and will not make repaired welding performance deterioration.
