山东省地方铁路益羊线与大莱龙线相连,近年来随着运量的增长,线路通过能力趋于紧张,在运量结构分析和运量预测的基础上,针对线路区间通过能力、车站能力及制约因素,提出提高益羊、大莱龙线区间通过能力和车站运输能力,加强运输组织,提高运输效益的具体措施,以满足不断增长的运量需求。
