锚具对CFRP预应力束性能的发挥起着重要作用,论文针对夹片式锚具的研发进行了阐述。从理论上进行了碳筋夹片式锚具体系受力分析,以及确定锚具的锥角α的取值范围及其与材料间摩擦系数的关系,并利用有限元软件ANSYS进行了锚具受力分析。论文讨论了锚环锥角、夹片与锚环之间的锥角差、锚具长度、铝套管厚度等因素对锚具性能的影响,通过数值分析确定上述参数的取值范围。根据对锚具简化受力体系和有限元分析的结论,设计了Φ8mm规格的CFRP预应力束锚具,并进行了试验。试验结果表明,该锚具具有较好的锚固性能,已经达到实用价值。
Anchors play an important role in the performance of CFRP prestressed beams. The paper describes the research and development of clip anchors. In this paper, the force analysis of the carbon steel clip anchoring system was theoretically carried out, and the relationship between the value of the cone angle α and the friction coefficient between the anchors and the friction coefficient of the anchorage was determined. The ANSYS finite element software Force analysis. The paper discusses the influence of the cone angle of the anchor ring, the difference of the cone angle between the clip and the anchor ring, the length of the anchor, the thickness of the aluminum casing on the performance of the anchor, and determines the range of the above parameters by numerical analysis. According to the conclusion of simplified stress system and finite element analysis of anchorage, CFRP prestressed anchorage with Φ8mm specification was designed and tested. The test results show that the anchor has good anchoring performance and has reached practical value.
