由于使用功能的要求,建筑下部楼层大开间作为车库及商业使用,上部楼层作为普通住宅房间,越来越多的建筑采用转换结构形式。转换结构中竖向构件中断不连续,造成竖向力在转换层通过水平转换梁导荷进行传递,使得结构受力形式变得复杂。本文以某高层商住楼设计为例,重点介绍了结构转换层布置方式、整体计算结果分析以及针对转换层上下高度协调采用的结构加强措施等,并提出了几点设计,供同类工程进行设计参考。
Due to the functional requirements, the lower section of the building is used as a garage for commercial use and the upper floor as an ordinary residential room. More and more buildings are in the form of conversion structures. The discontinuity of the vertical members in the conversion structure causes the vertical force to be transmitted through the horizontal conversion beam load at the conversion layer, which complicates the form of the structure stresses. In this paper, a high-rise commercial and residential design, for example, focuses on the structure of the conversion layer layout, the overall calculation results for the conversion layer and the height of the coordination of the use of structural reinforcement measures, and put forward a few design for similar projects to design reference.
