公司治理文化作为治理制度的一种补充治理方式,为公司治理的发展和调节起到了重要的作用。日本公司治理文化孕育了日本公司治理模式和特点,其治理文化的观念层、制度层和行为表现层在日本历史文化及体制环境中逐渐形成并影响着日本公司的发展。日本的地域环境、民族文化、经营环境和法律环境影响和制约着日本公司治理模式的运行,日本社会文化的变迁引导着日本公司治理模式和制度的变革。制度与文化的互动决定着日本公司在全球的竞争力。
Corporate governance culture, as a supplementary governance mode of governance, plays an important role in the development and regulation of corporate governance. Japanese corporate governance culture gave birth to the Japanese corporate governance model and characteristics. The concept level, institutional level and performance level of corporate governance culture gradually formed in Japan’s history, culture and institutional environment and influenced the development of Japanese companies. Japan’s geographical environment, national culture, business environment and legal environment influence and restrict the operation of the Japanese corporate governance model, the Japanese social and cultural changes lead the Japanese corporate governance model and institutional changes. Institutional and cultural interaction determines the competitiveness of Japanese companies in the world.
