随着社会的发展进步和医疗改革的不断深化发展,卫生系统对医疗服务水平和质量的要求逐渐提高。在当前阶段,存在着各种新情况和新问题,要想提高医疗服务水平,就要结合实际情况,对卫生系统进行全面的有针对性的思想政治工作,从卫生系统的队伍建设上做到高素质、高水平,才能实现卫生服务水平的提高,因此新阶段卫生系统思想政治工作的发展趋势就是与时俱进,创新工作方法,实现卫生服务水平的提高。笔者在本文中针对这一问题,从适应新阶段要求为根据,提出了卫生系统思想政治工作的方向,旨在通过对卫生系统思想政治工作方向上的指引,引领卫生系统思想政治工作的发展趋势,实现卫生服务水平的提高。
