上海是我国开展低温技术及其应用研究的一个重要基地,人员集中,技术密集,取得了许多成果,有力地促进了上海地区、乃至全国各地的科学技术和国民经济发展。据不完全统计,目前上海有近四十个单位具备专门从事低温技术工作的队伍或人员。其中高等院校、科研院所几乎占了一半。在这支队伍中,高中级技术人员约有二百多人,他们中的绝大部份是上海市制冷学会的会员。在制冷学会成立十周年之际,我们怀着喜悦和自豪的心情,回顾十年来上海低温技术的发展和成就。 Shanghai is an important base for conducting research on cryogenic technology and its applications in China. With its concentration of personnel and technology, Shanghai has made many achievements and effectively promoted the development of science, technology and national economy in Shanghai and even all over the country. According to incomplete statistics, nearly 40 units in Shanghai now have teams or personnel specializing in cryogenic technology. Which colleges and universities, research institutes accounted for almost half. In this team, there are about 200 high and mid-level technicians, most of whom are members of the Shanghai Institute of Refrigeration. On the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the Institute of Refrigeration, with joy and pride, we review the development and achievements of Shanghai’s low-temperature technology over the past decade.
