目的:建立气相色谱法测定烫疮油冰片中龙脑与异龙脑的含量。方法:采用HP-INNOWAX石英弹性毛细管柱(30 m ×0.25 mm ×0.25μm),分流进样,分流比为30:1,载气为氮气,FID检测器,柱温130 ℃,载气为氮气流速1.5 ml·min-1。结果:异龙脑在0.48~2.87μg进样量范围呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8(n=6),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.1%;龙脑在 0.49-2.92μg进样量范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7(n=6),平均回收率为101.1%,RSD为0.92%。结论:该方法快速、灵敏、准确可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of borneol and isoborneol in scald oil borneol. METHODS: HP-INNOWAX quartz elastic capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm) was used for split injection. The split ratio was 30:1. The carrier gas was nitrogen. The FID detector was used. The column temperature was 130 °C. Gas has a nitrogen flow rate of 1.5 ml·min-1. RESULTS: Isoborneol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.48 to 2.87 μg injection volume, r=0.999 8 (n=6). The average recovery was 99.3% and the RSD was 1.1%. The borneol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.49-2.92 μg injection volume, r=0.999 7 (n=6), the average recovery was 101.1%, and the RSD was 0.92%. Conclusion: This method is rapid, sensitive, accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
