介绍了首钢股份公司迁安钢铁公司在低锰钢试制过程中,经过试验研究,改进和完善控制低锰成分的炼钢工艺。通过技术人员不断摸索和试验,并对不同工艺操作的试验和数据分析对比,得出了能够稳定冶炼成品锰质量分数不大于0.050%钢水的工艺路线和操作方法。通过对铁水条件选择、转炉造渣制度、转炉双渣倒初渣的最佳时间和倒渣量、合理的吹炼枪位、前一炉溅渣护炉操作、上炉含锰类合金加入控制等措施,使出钢炉后钢水锰质量分数从原来的不大于0.063%降至不大于0.040%。质量分数不大于0.05%锰的过程能力C_(pk)达到了1.31,确保满足低锰钢种成品锰的要求。
