预测性维修(PDM)系统是一种在机器故障形成和发展过程的初期就能检测出故障的方法。但实施PDM有很多的难点。文章提出对选中的PDM程序必须进行本地化,同时也介绍了三种PDM实施方式以及在实施后可得到的多种服务技术。
The Predictive Maintenance (PDM) system is a method that detects faults early in the process of machine fault formation and development. However, there are many difficulties in implementing PDM. The paper proposes that the selected PDM programs must be localized, as well as three PDM implementations as well as various service technologies available after implementation.
