利用叶片扦插来加速无性系的繁殖,是近代选种及采种上的一个新方法,也称“插叶法”。这种方法对于提高繁殖系数,保持亲本的优良性状、获得杂种优势的纯系、保持雄性不育、防止种性退化及病菌(如菌核病、软腐病菌)的侵染,加速优良品种的繁育和推广有着重要的意义。目前“插叶法”在白菜类如甘蓝、大白菜、花椰菜、芥蓝、青菜、萝卜、油菜;果菜类如瓜类、番茄、茄子、辣椒等制种方面已获成功。前者主要应用在采种上,增加繁殖系数;后者主要应用在选种上。经多次试验后,“插叶法”的成苗率已达85—90%。
